A big world to see and share
When writing these things it is hard not to sound like a used car salesman or in my case a horse trader. Never sold many used cars but have traded lots of horses without getting shot or lynched, which I guess is a good thing. I drive tankers hauling chemicals mostly from the southern states to Canada. From places like Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina to Alberta Canada. I actually work for a Canadian carrier, staying out 3 weeks at a time and then heading home to Tucson, where my daughters and grandchildren live. The hardest thing I find about my job is not having someone to share all the amazing things I see on a regular basis. The sun coming up in Wyoming, the fall colors of the Smokey Mountains of Tennesse, the vastness of the Dakotas, the mighty Mississippi and Misouri rivers. And of course the Rocky Mountains. Everyday a new adventure. Good times and exciting things are always better when shared with that one special person. Not that I am looking for someone to be with me all the time(which would be great) but someone who could from time to time could come and share some these wonders while at the same time be content to share a home and the simple things in life. I work for a great company that allows the personal use of the truck whenever time permits so exploring new places is not hard to do. If you drive or would like to learn, even better, but that is certainly not the first consideration. So if you love to travel, have a sense of adventure, are spontanious, drop me a line and see where this road we call life takes us.
